6/ Contact details (email address and phone number)

7/ Signed Contrato De Compra –Venta (Sales Contract)

8/  VIC Informes Check at Traffico (Proof there is no debt)

Purchaser

1/ Copy of passport and NIE or RESIDENCY (if they are a Spanish national than a copy of both sides of their DNI)

2/ Proof of address in the form of a certificado de empadronamiento, copy of rental contract or deeds for a property.

3/ Signed copy of the `mandato´ so we can work on their behalf (PROVIDED BY US)
